Generally we will only show items that are available in stock however signup to our database to keep up to date on new releases
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify it. If for some reason you are unhappy with the order you placed, or wish to change it please contact us on the details below:
DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?
Yes, you are able to view the sizing information within the product page for the item you are viewing.
WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR CLOTHING?
Most of our apparel should be washed in cold water with like colours only. Hang dry or tumble dry on low for best results. Care instructions are also listed on the garments themselves.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Strive by GI offers a standard shipping rate on all domestic orders as a flat fee of $10.00.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Standard delivery times are 3 - 5 business days from your order being sent.
CAN STRIVE BY GI SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately orders can only be sent to Australian addresses.
CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?
Dispatched, you will receive delivery confirmation, along with your tracking details of your order via Australia Post.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you wish to return an item from your order it must be arranged within 30 days of your order. Please ensure your items:
- Have original tags attached
- Garment is unworn/ unused.
- Garment is in its original packaging in its original condition.
Any goods or garments that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return and will be returned to the customer, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We cannot process exchanges due to a fast turnover of stock. For a different item, colour or size, return your current item back to us and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To make a return, please follow the steps listed in the section below.

Follow the steps below:
- Download the returns form
- Please complete the form ensuring you include your order number, name on the order and name of the items you are returning and email address used to place the order.
- If returning multiple orders, please use a separate returns form for each order.
- Please repack your items back in the original packaging.
- Include the completed Returns Form inside of your package.
- Organise the shipment of your return using the courier of your choice
- Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will take 3 - 6 days for your return to be processed.
- After processing has completed, an email will be sent confirming your refund. *Please note the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
Strive by GI will provide you with a full refund of the product you purchased from us online if the product is:
- Deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe; or
- Does not match descriptions made on the site or given to you by a STRIVE BY GI representative.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO A PRINTER?
Most local Australia Post locations are able to assist with printing.
Please ask your post office staff member to print the returns form and place it with the goods being returned via post ensuring it has been completed.
